Rest of the world (first parcel / each additional parcel): Europe zone 1 (Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Gibraltar, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Jersey, Luxembourg, Norway, Netherlands, Portugal, United Kingdom, Sweden and Switzerland) €9 / €5. Europe zone 2 (Cyprus, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Russia, Serbia and Turkey) €15 / €10.

Outside the EU, customs duties and taxes in the destination country are paid by the buyer (in the US they can be around €40; in Latin America between €10 and €40).

Prices outside Spain differ from those in Spain and are calculated automatically when you choose your country in the order.

We need a phone number for the carrier. For shipments to Switzerland, we also need your ID number for customs.

The bags can be made to the size of your weapon: Jo, Bokken, Katana, Tanto, Arnis… Each discipline has its own sizes and Isabel adapts them.

You can choose with or without an adjustable strap, with an outer pocket for the tanto and other finishes depending on the model. If you need a non-standard size, the price varies because the fabric needed has to be calculated: tell us in the order notes or message us on Instagram (@lacocherademicasa) and we will confirm the price.

Clean the product with a cloth dampened with warm soapy water. If it is very dirty you can rinse it with warm water, but never submerge it completely: the damage would be irreversible.

Let it dry naturally, away from heat sources. To maintain the Piñatex you can apply a small amount of natural colourless wax with a soft cloth, in circular motions, and leave it to dry for 24 hours. Then you can polish it with a dry cloth or a soft brush.

Each piece is made expressly for you, so cancellations are not accepted once the order is confirmed.

If you have any problem with your order, get in touch and we will sort it out. If the carrier reports the order as delivered, it is considered complete; in case of any incident, we will open a claim together.
