When you confirm your order in the shop, you pay by card (or the methods offered by Stripe) on its secure page. Once the payment is confirmed, the order is registered and we start making your piece. If online payment is not available (for example, countries outside our rates), the order stays pending and we will contact you to agree on payment.

The contract is formed when we receive payment and confirm your order. We reserve the right not to accept orders with incorrect or incomplete details.

Prices are shown in euros, taxes included. The price of each piece depends on the version chosen and the destination country (Spain rate or rest-of-world rate), and is calculated when you enter your address.

Outside the European Union, customs duties, fees and import taxes in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility.

If you need a non-standard size, the price may vary depending on the fabric required; we will confirm it before production.

Pieces are handmade to order; production takes 3 to 5 working days. They are then shipped with the carrier for your zone. Lead times and costs are detailed on the Shipping and care page.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer when they receive the product. If the carrier reports the order as delivered and you have any problem, contact us and we will open a claim.

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt, without giving a reason, except for products made to your specifications or clearly personalised (Art. 103 of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007), which are excluded.

To exercise it, notify us in writing. Return costs are borne by the buyer and the product must be returned unused and in perfect condition.

Once production of a personalised piece has started, cancellations are not accepted.

Products carry the statutory 3-year guarantee of conformity from delivery. If you receive a defective item or one that differs from your order, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it in accordance with the law.
